Is this a physical card? Will something be shipped?
No — nothing ships, ever. Your card is 100% digital: QR codes and vouchers delivered to your email and order status page. Pay between 07:00–21:00 and they're ready in 15–30 minutes; pay between 21:00–06:59 and they start appearing from 07:30.
Do I have to use my card on consecutive days?
No — that's the whole point. Each experience gets its own date, chosen by you, in any order, with any gaps. Cruise Tuesday, palaces Friday, islands next week.
Why are these prices lower than anywhere else?
Because every sale is final. Zero cancellations and zero no-shows let us buy cruise tables, tickets and vehicles in guaranteed bulk — and we pass that entire margin to you. Refundable products are priced for the people who cancel; ours aren't.
Can I change a date or cancel after paying?
No. All sales are final — tickets are issued in your passengers' names and vehicles, cruise tables and tour seats are reserved and blocked the moment you pay. You confirm this with a checkbox before checkout.
Can I change my HOTEL after booking?
Yes — we're flexible on hotels, and we won't punish you for moving. Contact info@linesover.com with your order number. New hotel in the same zone: free, done. Different zone: we send you an offline payment link for just the fee difference. Only the dates and experiences themselves are locked.
I haven't booked a hotel yet — can I still buy?
Yes. In the hotel field just write the area/district you're planning to stay in (e.g. "Taksim"). When you've booked, send us the hotel name with your order number — free if it's in the same zone.
What exactly picks me up at the airport?

What time is my pickup for the return flight?
4 hours before your flight time, automatically. Flight at 18:00 → pickup at 14:00. The builder shows you the pickup time the moment you enter your flight.
What are the zone fees?
Zone A Europe hotels (Taksim, Sultanahmet, Fatih, Karaköy, Galata, Beyoğlu, Şişli, Sirkeci and nearby) — always free pickup. Farther European zones (B, C, D) and the Asian-side zones carry a small per-vehicle fee, shown transparently as you type your hotel and divided across your group. The fee depends on the experience: the Bursa or Sapanca tour, for example, is free from Zone A Europe and from all Asian zones, and only charges from Zones B, C or D Europe.
How do I avoid zone fees completely?
For the Bosphorus dinner cruise, come to Kabataş ferry port on the European side at 19:30 — pickup is free from Zone A Europe, and from any other zone you either pay the per-vehicle difference or use this meeting point for free. The boat returns to Kabataş at 23:30. For the Bursa or Sapanca full-day tour, pickup is free from Zone A Europe and from all Asian zones; only Zone B, C or D Europe carries a per-vehicle fee, which you can skip by coming to a meeting point instead — Green Park Hotel Taksim (Taksim Square) on the European side, or Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı on the Asian side.
Is hotel pickup included for the Princes' Islands ferry or the Sultanahmet combo?
Not by default — both are in central locations most guests reach easily. You can add an optional round-trip hotel transfer for either in the builder, priced per vehicle by zone. For the Sultanahmet combo add-on: your driver picks you up from your hotel early enough to arrive at the Dsign Café meeting point by 09:45 — the exact pickup time is calculated automatically from your hotel zone. Your return pickup is fixed at 18:30 from the Grand Bazaar / Egyptian Spice Market area; if you need to change it, message us on WhatsApp at least 2.5 hours before the tour ends. For the Princes' Islands ferry add-on: your pickup is calculated automatically from your chosen departure time, adjusted for your zone.
Topkapı is closed some days — what if I pick a wrong date?
You can't. On The Grand (whose combo includes Topkapı Palace) the date picker blocks Tuesdays, when Topkapı is closed. On every card it warns about Friday 12:00–14:30 at Hagia Sophia (prayer-time restriction). The guided Sultanahmet tour on The Classic and The Explorer does not include Topkapı, so Tuesday is fine for those.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express — processed securely by Stripe with instant confirmation. Your card details never touch our servers.
Whose names go on the tickets?
Every traveler's first and last name exactly as in their passport — you enter them in the builder and they're printed on the tickets. Double-check spelling; tickets can't be reissued.
We're 14 people or more — can we book?
Not online — the builder stops at 13. Email info@linesover.com with your dates and group size and we'll send a custom group offer.
How much does the Istanbul city pass cost?
Prices are per group and drop per person as your group grows — a couple pays more per head than a family of six. For 2 travelers in central Istanbul: The Classic (6 experiences) from $530, The Explorer (9 experiences) from $750, The Grand (12 experiences) from $990. The builder calculates your exact total live as you choose, before you enter any card details.
Is the Bursa or Sapanca tour private or a group tour?
By default the Bursa and Sapanca & Maşukiye day trips are group tours on a shared, comfortable coach with other travellers — this keeps them affordable and is standard for these full-day mountain trips. In the builder you can upgrade either one to fully private — just your group, in your own vehicle, at your own pace: you choose how long to spend at each stop, skip anything you like, and shape the timing yourself. The private day runs about 10 hours and the upgrade price per person is shown live as you build. Lunch and the cable car are included on both the group and private versions. Pickup is free from Zone A Europe and from all Asian zones; only Zone B, C or D Europe carries a per-vehicle fee, which you can skip via the free meeting point (Green Park Hotel Taksim on the European side, or Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı on the Asian side).
What is the difference between The Classic, The Explorer and The Grand?
The Classic (6 experiences): both private airport transfers, the Blue Mosque + Hagia Sophia + Basilica Cistern guided combo (guide handles all entry, no QR needed, meet at Dsign Café 09:45), the Bosphorus dinner cruise, and the Princes' Islands round-trip ferry. The Explorer (9): adds a European-side private car day through Balat, Eyüp Sultan, Pierre Loti, Galataport and Ortaköy, plus a full-day Bursa or Sapanca group tour with lunch and cable car. The Grand (12): upgrades the guided combo to also include Topkapı Palace, adds Dolmabahçe Palace to the European car day, and adds an Asian-side private car day. All three let you book every experience on any date you like, and you can upgrade the Bursa or Sapanca tour to fully private in the builder.
Does the pass cover both Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW)?
Yes. Your private transfer works from either airport — you simply enter your flight number when you build your card and we route the right vehicle to the right terminal.
What time and where is the Bosphorus dinner cruise meeting point?
If you choose the meeting point option instead of hotel pickup, come to Kabataş ferry port on the European side at 19:30. The cruise runs for about 2.5 hours and the boat returns to Kabataş at 23:30. Choosing the meeting point means no pickup fee at all, from any zone.
How is the Istanbul city pass different from the Istanbul Museum Pass?
They solve different problems. The Museum Pass is a ticket product for state museums only — no transport, no cruise, no private cars, and you still queue at the security check. LinesOver bundles a live guided Sultanahmet tour and skip-the-line entry tickets with your private airport transfers, the Bosphorus dinner cruise, ferry tickets and full private car days, all on the dates you choose, delivered to your phone. If you only want museum entry, buy the Museum Pass. If you want the whole trip handled, this is the one.
How many days do I need in Istanbul?
Most travelers spend 4 to 7 nights. Three full days covers Sultanahmet's icons and a Bosphorus evening; five lets you add the Princes' Islands and a private car day; seven gives you room for the Asian side and a Bursa or Sapanca day trip. Because our experiences are not tied to consecutive days, you pick the card that matches how much you want to see, not how many nights you booked.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Delays cost you nothing. We track your flight number, so if you land late your driver is simply there later — no extra charge and no rebooking. If your flight is cancelled outright, email info@linesover.com with your order number as early as you can and our team will do everything possible on the ground, but please note that all sales remain final.
Are taxes and fees included in the price I see?
Yes. The price in the builder is the final price in US dollars — no booking fee, no service charge, no surprise at checkout. The only figures that can move it are the pickup or distance supplements for hotels outside the free zone, and those appear live in the price panel the moment they apply, before you pay.
Do children pay the same price as adults?
Travellers split into three groups in the builder. Adults are 7 and over and pay the full price. Children aged 3 to 6 get 30% off the adult price on every experience. Infants aged 0 to 2 are completely free. Just set how many of each you have in Step 2 and the builder prices it automatically. One note for infants: on the group Bursa or Sapanca tour (the shared coach), an infant is not given a separate seat — if you want a guaranteed seat, choose the private upgrade for that tour.
Does the price go up if we are 6 people instead of 2?
Not for anything on wheels. Your airport transfers and your private car days on the European and Asian sides are priced per vehicle, not per person — the same minivan costs the same whether there are 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 of you in it, and the same Sprinter costs the same whether you are 7, 8, 9 or 13. A family of six pays exactly what a couple pays for the car, which is why the per-person figure in the builder falls as your group grows. What does scale with headcount is anything that needs a ticket in a named person's hand: the Sultanahmet combo, the Princes' Islands ferry and the Bursa or Sapanca group tour, where adults pay full price, children aged 3 to 6 pay 30% less, and infants under 3 are free. Which languages does your team speak?

Where do I find my QR codes and vouchers after booking?
Two places: the confirmation email sent seconds after payment, and the Order Status page on this site, where you look up your order with your order number. Vouchers are added one by one as our team issues them — within 15 to 30 minutes if you paid between 07:00 and 21:00, or from 07:30 if you paid overnight. You get an email each time a new one appears.
I am already in Istanbul — can I still book for tomorrow?
Often yes. The builder accepts dates from about 6 hours ahead, because tickets have to be issued and vehicles blocked in your name. If it is tighter than that, email info@linesover.com and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible for your dates.
Are prices per person or per group?
Per group. Every card is priced for the whole party and the per-person cost drops as your group grows, because transfers, private cars and pickups are charged per vehicle rather than per head. The builder shows you both figures live — the total for your group and what that works out to per person — before you pay anything.
Which currency will I be charged in?
US dollars. Every price on this site is shown and charged in USD, processed by Stripe. If your card is issued in another currency your own bank applies its exchange rate and any foreign-transaction fee it normally charges — we add nothing on top.
What is included in the Bosphorus dinner cruise?
Two and a half hours on the water, dinner served at your own reserved table, and eight live shows: sword dance, whirling dervish, Turkish gypsy dance, Caucasian dance, a belly dancer group show, Turkish folk dance, a solo belly dancer and a professional DJ. Hotel pickup and drop-off is included from Zone A. From Zones B, C or D a small per-vehicle transfer fee applies, or you can meet the boat at Kabataş ferry port on the European side at 19:30 for free — the cruise returns to the port at 23:30.
Can I visit Hagia Sophia on a Friday?
Yes, but not between 12:00 and 14:30 — Hagia Sophia restricts visits during Friday prayer time. Your guided Sultanahmet morning starts at 10:00 and finishes well before the restriction begins, so a Friday booking works perfectly. The builder flags this automatically and will not let you pick a Friday slot that conflicts.
Do I need to print anything or collect a card anywhere?
No. Nothing is printed, posted or collected. The Sultanahmet tour (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern) is a live guided tour — you meet your guide at the meeting point and they handle everything. Topkapı Palace (on The Grand) is also a guided visit — you meet your host at Chimney Bistro near the palace; no QR code needed. The only QR codes are the Princes' Islands ferry and Dolmabahçe Palace (on The Grand) — you scan those from your phone screen at the gate. Transfers, private car days, the dinner cruise and the Bursa or Sapanca tour arrive as vouchers with your driver's or guide's details. Everything sits in your order status page and in your email.

Is there a dress code for the guided Sultanahmet tour?
Yes, for the Blue Mosque. Both shoulders and knees must be covered for entry — the guide will remind you when you book and again in the voucher. Scarves and wrap-arounds are available at the entrance if you need one. Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern have no dress code requirement.
What does the European-side private car day cover?
A full day with your private vehicle and driver, covering Balat (Istanbul's colourful Greek quarter), Eyüp Sultan mosque and neighbourhood, Pierre Loti hill with its cable car and views over the Golden Horn, Galataport and the Galata Tower area, and Ortaköy on the Bosphorus — all at your pace. On The Grand, the itinerary also includes a guided visit to Dolmabahçe Palace. Pickup is from your hotel at 10:00.
Bursa or Sapanca — which should I choose?
Choose Bursa for history and architecture: Cumalıkızık Ottoman village, Saitabat waterfalls, Koza Han silk bazaar and the Uludağ cable car with panoramic mountain views. Choose Sapanca and Maşukiye for nature and adventure: the lake, Naturköy village, ATV riding, zipline, waterfalls and the glass terrace at Kartepe. Both run about 10 hours and include lunch and the cable car. Both can be upgraded to fully private in the builder.
